Music Composition

To remain 'on track' for this major you must meet the following critical tracking criteria. The critical tracking courses appear in bold.

Semester 1:

2.0 UF GPA required for sem 1-5
Complete MUT1121, MVK 1111, MUL 2110 and MUC 1211 with a grade of "C" or better
Complete 2 hours of (MV_14_ _) - Performance Principal coursework with a grade of "C" or better
Complete 1 hour of a MUN Ensemble course at 1000 level with a grade of "C" or better

Semester 2:

Complete MUT1122, MVK 1112, MUC 1212 and MUS 1500 with a grade of "C" or better
Complete 2 additional hours of (MV_14_ _) - Performance Principal coursework with a grade of "C" or better
Complete 1 additional hour of a MUN Ensemble course at 1000 level with a grade of "C" or better

Semester 3:

Complete MUT2126, MVK 2221 and MUC 2101 with a grade of "C" or better
Complete 2 hours of (MV_24_ _) - Performance Principal coursework with a grade of "C" or better
Complete 1 additional hour of a MUN Ensemble course at 1000 level with a grade of "C" or better

Semester 4:

Complete MUT2127, MVK 2222 and MUC 2102 with a grade of "C" or better
Complete 2 additional hours of (MV_24_ _) - Performance Principal coursework
Complete 1 additional hour of a MUN Ensemble course at 1000 level with a grade of "C" or better
