Warrington College of Business Administration

The real estate minor provides all undergraduates with a comprehensive exposure to the diverse field of real estate.

To declare the minor, students must earn a grade of B or better in REE 3043, Real Estate Analysis. To complete the minor, students must:

  • Earn an overall minimum 3.0 GPA in the minor (all attempts will be averaged into the GPA for the minor),
  • Take all courses for the minor for letter grade (not S-U), and
  • Take all courses for the minor at UF (except ECO 2013 or ECO 2023) or via study abroad course work that is approved by the college.

Students who completed BUL 4310 at another Florida public university can petition the college to take a higher-level course in that discipline to satisfy requirements for the minor.

UF correspondence courses will not count toward the minor.
