The requirements for a minor in chemistry include:
- A general chemistry sequence (CHM 2045, 2045L; CHM 2046, 2046L; or CHM 2047, 2047L)
- Analytical Chemistry and Laboratory (CHM 3120, 3120L)
- Organic Chemistry and Laboratory (CHM 2210, 2211, 2211L; or CHM 3217, 3218, 2211L
- Three additional credits, with grades of C or better, selected from CHM 3400, CHM 3610, any 4000-level CHM course (except CHM 4905, 4910 or 4940) or CHS 5110L.
- At least nine chemistry credits must be completed at UF.
