The Asian studies minor provides two options of study:
Option 1:
15 semester hours in nonlanguage Asia-related courses at the 3000 level or above.
Option 2:
Completion of the two-semester sequence of beginning Chinese (CHI 1120 and 1121), Japanese (JPN 1130 ans 1131) or Vietnamese (VTN 1120 and 1121)
and 12 hours of nonlanguage Asia-related courses. Language credits earned at other institutions may be accepted.
