Management
Description of the Major
The management major provides you with computing, quantitative and application skills to be used in a business problem-solving setting. You will learn a set of focused management, communication and critical thinking skills that will enable you to be an effective decision maker.

Before Graduating You Must
  • Take the Educational Testing Service’s Business Field Test. The score for this test will be incorporated into MAN 4504 taken in the final term.
  • Satisfy the Florida statutes for the College-Level Academic Skills Requirement.
  • Complete requirements for the baccalaureate degree, as determined by faculty.

  4. Apply mathematical concepts to analyze, understand and communicate quantitative data.
  5. Analyze and interpret economic and financial events for internal decision-making purposes.
  6. Analyze problems and learn to distinguish factual scenarios.
  7. Effectively produce, interpret and analyze written text and oral messages.
