To remain ‘on track’ for this major , a student must meet the following critical-tracking criteria. The critical-tracking courses appear in bold.
Semester 1:
- 2.0 UF GPA required for semesters 1-5
- Complete MUT 1121, MVK 1111, MUS 2211 and MUS 2241 with a grade of C or better
- Complete 2 hours of (MVV 24XX) Performance Principal course work with a grade of C or better
- Complete 1 hour of a MUN Ensemble course at 1000 level with a grade of C or better
- Complete 1 course of MUS 1010
Semester 2:
- Complete MUT 1122, MVK 1112, MUS 1360, MUS 2231 and MUS 2221 with a grade of C or better
- Complete 2 additional hours of (MVV 24XX) Performance Principal course work with a grade of C or better
- Complete 1 additional hour of a MUN Ensemble course at 1000 level with a grade of C or better
- Complete 1 additional MUS 1010
Semester 3:
- Complete MUT 2126, MVK 2221 and MUL 2110 with a grade of C or better
- Complete 2 hours of (MVV24XX) Performance Principal course work with a grade of C or better
- Complete 1 additional hour of a MUN Ensemble course at 1000 level with a grade of C or better
- Complete 1 additional MUS 1010
Semester 4:
- Complete MUT 2127 and MUK 2222 with a grade of C or better
- Complete 2 additional hours of (MVV 24XX) - Performance Principal course work with a grade of C or better
- Complete 1 additional hour of a MUN Ensemble course at 1000 level with a grade of C or better
- Complete 1 additional MUS 1010
